We make every effort to secure the car park using fences and security cameras. However, parts of the car park remain open to the public, notably other customers. While our staff are instructed to remove unauthorized individuals from the premises, we cannot guarantee the security of your vehicle, its contents, your belongings, or your personal safety. As this is an unmanned parking service where you retain control of your vehicle (key) and therefore liability.
Park & Walk assumes you will park your vehicle within a marked space as instructed, only for the duration you book. Accordingly the Company;
1. Park & Walk only accepts liability for loss or damage to your vehicle caused by our negligence, willful act, default, or breach of statutory duty. However, this liability is only applicable if the damage is reported before you and your vehicle leave the premises.
2. Park & Walk does not accept liability for:
a) Damage to vehicles or other property arising from acts of nature, given the car park’s open-air surface operations.
b) Minor scratches, dents, or chips to paintwork.
c) Visual damage that cannot be seen or noted due to weather conditions (e.g., rain, hail, snow, or frost) or when the vehicle’s exterior is in a dirty state.
d) Damaged windscreens or other glass, unless proven to be caused by our negligence.
3. Park & Walk does not accept responsibility or liability for any mechanical or electrical failure to vehicles whilst on our property which includes flat batteries, key fobs, alarms and immobiliser. Nor will Park & Walk accept responsibility for damaged wheels, tyres or punctured tyres, only where it the same is proved to be caused by our negligence where the same is proved and to the extent that it is proved by our negligence, willful default or breach of statutory duty.
4. Park & Walk reserves the right to recover your vehicle from its marked space should you stay outside your booked period and not notify us reasonably. The customer will be charged £80 for this inconvenience.
5. Park & Walk does not accept any responsibility or liability for delays of its services, caused as a result of circumstances beyond its control such as traffic congestion, road accidents, delayed flights, security alerts, severe weather conditions, luggage delays and immigration delays.
6. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any theft, loss or damage to any personal property or loose items left within the vehicle whilst at our premises (whether or not during the Parking Period):
7. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by the general public or another customer.
8. We do not take responsibility for any personal property (including travelling luggage) of the Customer or any person travelling with the Customer either when on our premises or travelling to or from our premises.
Cancellations/Amendments
Park & Walk cannot be held responsible if customers do not advise of any amendments required. For cancellations, you will need to give 7 days notice before the commencement of the booking to be eligible for a refund of the parking Fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of their commencement are non-refundable. All bookings made within 7 days of the commencement of the booking are non refundable.
Cancellations can only be requested via the ‘cancel booking’ button on your account at www.parkandwalk.co.uk
For flight cancellations, we recommend dealing with the airline and/or your travel insurance company if your stay with us is cut short.

Price Guarantee
We commit to beat any like-for-like quotes that offer a comparable service.
A comparable service must meet all of the following criteria:
– Offer airport parking service specifically.
– Provide availability and price comparison for the same dates and times.
– If no transfer is offered both of the below must be true:
A: Ensure a safe passenger route via footpaths or pavements for the entire route from the parking space to the airport
B: The parking space must be within 1000 meters (direct line) of Bristol Airport Terminal doors
Refunds
If you are eligible to receive a refund, you can request this by going to your account and pressing the cancel booking button. If you are eligible for a refund, we will request the refund via Stripe which processes the refund within 7-10 working days.
Payment
Payments must be made when booking, a booking is not valid without a valid payment made via our website.
Parking
We only accept vehicles that take up one standard parking space. We do not accept large camper vans, medium or long wheelbase vehicles or vehicles with trailers. We reserve the right to turn away these vehicles even if booked in and paid. Should any vehicles outside of these parameters (2.4m x 5m).
Neither the Customer nor any other person shall have the right to remove the vehicle or any other personal items left therein prior to payment in full of the parking fee or any additional fees due to overstays or extensions to bookings.
Any vehicle that is stored with us that is not deemed to be in a roadworthy condition or we are unable to move for any reason that has been caused by the customer or their vehicle, will incur an additional charge.
It is the duty of the Customer to ensure that the vehicle is in a proper roadworthy condition prior to leaving the premises and entering on to the public highway.
Park & Walk staff shall not be obliged to release the vehicle to a third party without the written authority of the Customer.
Customer’s Liability
Customer’s Liability and Warranties
1. Liability: The customer is liable for and must indemnify Park & Walk against any death, personal injury, or damage caused by:
a) The customer
b) Any person accompanying the customer
c) Any breach of the warranties stated below
2. Vehicle Condition Warranty: The customer warrants that at the start of the Parking Period, their vehicle:
a) Is in a safe and roadworthy condition
b) Has a current MOT certificate (if required by law)
c) Has valid road tax (if required by law)
d) Does not contain any dangerous, toxic, or illegal substances
3. Park & Walk is not responsible for vehicle maintenance.
Getting to and from the Airport
Getting to and from the airport or other location is the responsibility of the customer only.
The Customer(s) are only authorised to follow the guided walking route provided and should strictly stay on public highways and pathways when leaving our premises.
Complaints Procedure

We will endeavour to give a written response in respect of the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
Jurisdiction
The contract between Park & Walk and the Customer and any person travelling with the Customer shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and these conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
